Tanning...?

I know that tanning makes you look older. Like in your late twenties you will have age spots and drooping and sun damage and all that good stuff. But is there a way to prevent that? Like if I tanned only about 3 times a week for never more than 8 minutes or something, would that reduce those effects?
Tanning...?
In a tanning bed no matter how little you go each time it effects you horribly. Skin Cancer..Age Spots..Drooping..and more. Just get a spray tan, or use Jergens tanning lotion(not kinding its the best tanning lotion EVER and it works AMAZiiNGLY!)...
Tanning...?
Yeah...you could also use an artificial tanner or pay to get spray tanned...which actually looks good without the negative side effects...
Reply:Tanning three times a week is not a little bit... that's a lot. No tanning at all in the bed is the only way to prevent that. Stick to lotions or spray-ons.
Reply:I stayed dark from tanning through out my teens now I'm in my mid twenties and I am going to start back tanning again. It has not made me spot or anything. I use baby oil and iodine. I love tanning.
Reply:With the way the world is now, u cant step out ur door without putting urself at risk for cancer, emphysema and other horrible ailments. If u wanna help reduce the affects of UV, buy anti-wrinkle creams for ur face (Olay regenerist or Olay definity are good) and moisturize ur body like its going out of style. If u can tan ur face for half the time as ur body, that will help the aging effects also. Make sure u invest in a good tanning lotion too...the low end lotions dont have as many vitamins and minerals to help repair the damage uve done (aloe based lotions are best)! Drink tons of water! Other than that, ur gonna age regardless, why not do something u enjoy while ur young?!

BTW: I'm 28, and have been tanning since I was16, and I still get carded when I buy smokes or go to bars...so aging isnt that rough on everyone!
