Natural Tanning?

Okay, well I'm fairly light complected, not to the extreme, but I am pretty light. I was just wondering if anyone has experience with natural tanning, how you do it, how often you do it, etc. Are there any products that help when tanning in the sun? [preferably not too expensive] I have the Jergens Natural Glow stuff but I'm trying to find other ways to tan.

I don't like tanning beds so that's not an option.

Any help is appreciated.
Natural Tanning?
i dont tan very much/well because i am pale and burn easily, but i will tell you what i know...

try laying in a very sunny spot (backyard, beach, etc.) in an outfit that is similar to or less coverage than what you normal wear (bathing suits work great)... choose either your back or front to start with, and lay there for some time (half hour or so i would say, no more than an hour) then flip and do the same. then repeat as neccessary... i wouldnt over do it, maybe two sets at a time, once or twice a day until desired effect... you can buy tanning oil to help you get a darker tan faster...

i do not encourage over tanning however. please use sunscreen, and if you can do without tanning please dont do it. so many girls and women are getting skin cancer because of tanning... but i am not your mother, and i cant stop you. just please, if you must tan, try to tan safely!

best of luck!

Natural Tanning?
put some tanning lotion on and go chill at a pool or beach. Its pretty simple.
Reply:Tanning lotion is the only way and lay down under the sun!

I highly recommend products such as Clarins SPF20 for the body
Reply:I tan in the sun everyday for about 30 minutes, I am asian and tan very easily, seeing as you are fair skinned you would probably need to stay in the sun longer.

Using tanning oil can help you get darker, faster.

Be sure to use sunscreen with at least an spf of 15 or you could risk getting a blotchy tan or cancer.
