Tanning Question?
Since I am a tanorexic professional, let me give you some advice. I live in Florida and I have my own home tanning bed. My little sister is fair and just like you new to tanning. So, I am going to give you the same advice I gave her. Since you are new to tanning, I would advise that you only go 5 minutes max each session for a week. Do not use any tanning accelerators, but do use a tan conditioning lotion. This locks your color and your moisture into your skin-any brand will do, they all do the same thing-in fact you could pick up a bottle of tanning moisturizer-with or without-the bronzer(which will only add a hint of color) at any drugstore. Your second week, step it up to 10 minutes, but be mindful of when and if your bum starts to get hot. I am assuming these are twenty minute beds of course. If you are doing okay, then add 5 minutes each week. You can always decrease the time or get out early if it is too much for you. Also try to flip halfway through because pressure points will darken faster, and five minutes on your back might mean a nice apple shaped red spot on your bum where your tailbone is. Feel free to email me if you have any other tanning questions! ENJOY!
Tanning Question?
go into any salon that sells st tropez its a really good product i advise it to al my clients that come to my salon about tanning creams and that :D
Reply:Well, if you're fair %26amp; want to start tanning, just go to any reputable tanning salon where the people who work there know what they're doing. Tell them you're not sure what tanning lotions or oils to use. They can point you in the right direction. And remember, since you're fair they'll only let you start tanning for like 5-10 minutes at first...this is to prevent severe burning! Soon, you'll work your way up...If your skin is sensitive, maybe stay away from "Tinglers" and lotions that bring the blood up to just below the surface of the skin....I can't think of the name of this type of lotion, but it will make you break out into big red splotches! You should maybe use a regular tanning lotion that helps to prolong and preserve your tan! Good Luck!
Reply:don't get a tan!

that makes you one step closer to skin cancer becuase you are being exposed to radiation waves that can cause skin cancer.
Reply:stick with lotions, most tanning salons will not let you use oils in their indoor beds. Any lotion with bronzer will be great, since your new to it, dont go and spend a whole lot of money on a lotion. start slow, go like every other day for about 4-6min depending on how you are starting to tan. after your first week start adding like a min or two every other session. after about 4 or 5 weeks you should be able to tan at the max. exposure. good luck =)
Reply:Don't do it. Believe it or not, a lot of guys find fair skinned women mucho attractive. Over time, tanning will turn your skin rough and bumpy looking, which is not attractive at all.
