Can you tan outside with sunscreen SPF15 on?
Can you tan inside a tanning bed with sunscreen on?

Question about tanning and sunburns?
you can not only tan with spf15 you can burn! sunscreen in a tanning bed is a waste just use the bed for a shorter time. a sunburn damages your skin and doesnt turn into a tan but peels off revealing more skin. aloe vera makes it feel better but it depends how bad you are burned. a tanning bed is used only 10-20 min and has less likelyhood of burning b/c it is controlled somewhat and uses only a limited light spectrum. limit tanning bed usage and always use a sunscreen outside. i am tan and still use spf30!!!
Question about tanning and sunburns?
All bad! You do not want to burn. It depends on your skin type whether it'll turn to a tan. Either way spending time in the sun with out good sunblock(30 or more) and any time on a bed is detrimental to you skins health. If you want to tan go to a spray tanner saloon. There are also gradual self tanners they darken over time no weird orange color and no streaking. Burns take several days to a couple of weeks to fade depending on the severity of the burn. There is truly no smart way to tan.
The sun is not your friend. period.
Reply:Sun burns take about 2 days to heal - depending on how bad the burn is - and then you will likely dry up and peel -
spf 15 is a low sun screen and you can still tan with an spf of 35.
I think the sun is much healthier for you and avoid tanning beds - at all costs - being tan isn't a sign of beauty its a possible death sentence tan smart.. with using an spf.
It allows you to stay in the suns harmful UV rays longer -
I'd use aloe and asprin for your sun burn luke warm baths or showers. Use creams that do not contain mineral oils to keep it hydrated from peeling.
