Is tanning oil SAFE???

I am always outside trying to get darker. I use sunscreen because i don't want to get cancer but it seems like using the sunscreen makes me take longer to get dark. I wanted to try tanning oil, but not sure. Will it still protect my skin while I tan??? Will it also make me tan faster??? please any advice. I want to be tan but do it safely.
Is tanning oil SAFE???
You can get tanning oil with an SPF. I suggest Banana Boat Tanning Oil SPF 8.

The only problem is that oil attracts the sun more than just sunscreen. It will help you tan faster and darker, but it can be unsafe as well. I believe the highest SPF it comes in is 8, which is pretty low. Oil causes wrinkles, more than regular sun tanning will, because it causes the sun's rays to be stronger on your skin.
Is tanning oil SAFE???
go to a tanning salon. and yes tanning oil is safe if it weren't they wouldn't sell it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Reply:I just put tanning oil on the other day while I was at the pool and all I got was a big sunburn so I say stick to the sun block and do it the safe way.
Reply:tanning oil attracts too many sun rays and will give u skin cancer after a long time tanning beds are even worse the rays in a tanning bed r stronnger than the sun itself soo that will cause skin cancer and worst of all WRINKLES!!!!
Reply:Try sun tanning lotion. It keeps you safe like sun screen and, it helps you tan like, tanning oil. I use Hawaiian Tropics.

(a fake tan looks just as good)

Personally i mix:

1 bottle cap of oil

and sun tanning lotion

Tanning oil attracts more UV(ultraviolet)or sun rays to your skin, that causes wrinkles and may cause cancer.
