Tanning??!?

I have fair skin, I don't tan that easy, or burn that easy. I wanna go out in my backyard and tan its about 30 out? i have tnaning oil and baby oil? how long would i have to lay out to gte a good tan?
Tanning??!?
It depends where you live.

Be wary about tanning oils and baby oils. They always say that you need SPF 30 when you tan. If you don't like that, at least wear SPF 15 or SPF 8. Baby oil will only make you burn. I recommend doing 30 minutes a day for a good week to 2 weeks. That will supply you with a good base tan.

You can also do a tan from the bottle. They are making those better and better. And if you want a really nice one, go to a tanning place and they can give you a professional one for a very good price.
Tanning??!?
I am also fair. I never actually go out and tan. I tan just by being outside here and there. It works just as well. It may take a little longer, but it is safer.

Be weary of tanning oils, then can make your skin greasy and can burn your skin. I would just use regular SPF 15 tanning lotion (you may want to use a higher SPF since you are fair).
Reply:tanning isn't good for your skin. so everytime you're in the sun, make sure to use a good sunblock [of at least 30;; mine's 45 and i still get a great tan.] you are actually supposed to use enough sunblock on your body to fill a shot glass and re-apply it every two hours. very few people do. just always keep your skin protected. in my opinion, healthy skin beats tan skin anyday.
