Tanning?????/?

i just applied a tan accelorator lotion before as i was going to sunbathe and want a good tan, and about 5minutes after i applied it i went red like i had burnt ? it is a tingler 1 is this why?i havnt even been out in the sun and i have a ''tan line'' but from this accelorator lotion..im confused why it turned me red

Does it say not to use it for tanning naturally, some of them do and then you really should be careful because you will burn!!!

just wait it out.. .it happened to me from fake tanning and it went away in about an hour.

Reply:yep... the tingle lotions will do that. they turn me bright red every time
Reply:your skin might be having a reaction to it.
Reply:The lotion is only supposed to be just for inside use. When you go out in the sun it is probably too much for your skin and you get burnt. Hope this helps

Reply:The products carry high amounts of Niacin that is what causes the tingling. How it works is it draws the blood closer to the surface of the skin and increases oxygen just like you were working out! that opens the Skins pores also to release the increase temperature of the skin caused by the increase in blood to the area, opening of the pores allows more sunlight or accelerator or whatever to be drawn into the now larger pores this allows for an increase in results over the standard tanning process. No harm and the red will go away soon!
