Tanning...?
getting a fake tan is definitely better ! BUT there're different ways to get fake tan. do go for fake tan that just need you to apply lotion and cream . please dont go for the tanning salon kind of fake tan cuz the tanning beds still use uv light. anyway the latter is cheaper so you might wanna consider just slabbing on creams and lotions. and suntanning is a no no. if you do not want your skin to age prematurely. and yes the damage is permanent. when you are tanned after a long day of suntanning, this shows that your skin is DAMAGED ! never ever tan from 10 am to 3pm when the uv rays are the strongest if you insist on tanning.

just put on fake tan creams. it's the best temp sol :)

you're still young. dont spoil your skin so soon
Tanning...?
I recommend mystic tanning and if that gets a bit pricey, try buying those self tanning products. I personally like the ones from Shiseido. Report It

Reply:Tanning isn't healthy. It can lead to skin cancer. When you go out into the sun, you need to use a sun block. As for those fake tans, well, they really do look like fake tans. Especially if you haven't put them on by yourself before.
Reply:Tanning a lot will age you.Burning will put you at risk for skin cancer,so please use a sunscreen and keep reapplying it often. You can get a spray on tan and then use a sunscreen over that. Have fun but stay safe!! Spending hours in the sun with no protection is not worth what it will do to you. Yes,sun damage can be permanent. Look at pictures of ladies who have been tanning all their lives, and see what they look like now.
Reply:If you must be out in the sun, be sure to use a sunblock with an SPF of atleast 35, that way you will tan, but not burn. If you burn, use aloe and keep that part of your body out of future sunlight.

Basically apply a self-tanner, sparingly, the day before you go outside, so you have a glow, and then tan that day.
