I don't like sunless tanning. I'm going to start laying out a few times a week this summer. I use baby oil and I've never been burnt. It's cheaper than buying those tanning oils even though they have SPF and vitamins and all that..is tanning oil or baby oil more effective anyway?? Thankss!
PS: Don't tell me baby oil is like a chicken OR I'll get cancer. Please. Thanks. It's annoying.
Tanning question!?
I really don't know if baby oil will work. I think that any oil that attracts sun to your skin would work.
I have heard that you could just put water on your skin.. Haven't tried it though.
I would go to your local INDOOR tanning salon. If baby oil DOES NOT work, I would try and buy some lotion there. They normally would have the best for you.. and the range from 8-40.00
GOOD LUCK!
Tanning question!?
later in life youll have leather skin but w/e.
Reply:Always use something that has SPF 'cause as much as you don't want to hear it you are making you skin vulnerable to ...cancer... i'm not saying it to scare you.Plus tanning lotions are boosted with moisturizers with help your skin get tanned and to keep the tan longer. So,save yourself the stress of thinking about it...get the tanning lotions.
Reply:I really like some of the tanning oils you can get them at Walmart. They have carrott extract in them and work good.
Reply:OKAY. I WON'T go on on telling you that baby oil will make your skin in 10 years un-stretchy and like cow-fabric/leather. But, I would say tanning oil is more effective for your skin to get darker. Both will give you the same tan, but with tanning oil it comes faster. They aren't THAT expensice, and they DO have SPF in them which is a bonus! Good luck though, keep working on your tan and be protected!
