Tanning Outside?

I weigh about 150lbs and am 6ft tall male who burns easy. I was wondering what the best way for me to tan outdoors would be. When I try to tan I go from white to red(burnt) real quick. I was just hoping to please get some tips on tanning outside considering I burn easy. Thanks

Be careful with tanning! Consult a tanning expert and not those with opinions.

i would say use a tanning lotion rather than oil. oil will make you burn and if you do use a lotion you should use one with spf but only like 4 or 8 not much othrwise you wont tan.%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;.................................... in response to the girl who said im crazy no actually im not crazy... im tan be jealous! your probably whiter than a ghost.,
Reply:I'm female and I have the same skin tone problem you do...Go to a tanning bed once a week for 2 weeks and then start going outside with spf 25. Don't listen to that girl who said spf 4-8......is she crazy you'll really burn!
Reply:First of all don't go out at the height of the sun (usually noon-2ish). Go out earlier or later and use a good SPF (make sure it hasn't expired). I use a 15 when I want to tan (I'm fair and burn easy too). I would go out for no longer than an hour at a time. After that stay out of the sun for a few hours until you can tell if you're starting to burn. If things are fine reapply your SPF and head back out for another hour. It'll take a lot of time but you won't get skin cancer or a burn. Just a nice tan.
Reply:I would say, use a very good sunscreen so that you do not burn, you still will get sun and maybe it will brown your skin instead of burn. Always use an after sun moistureizer with aloe, it's great for after sun use.
