Should I go tanning before or after I work out?

Thinks it's more effective to go tanning before or after a workout? Meaning, is it better to have dried sweat on your body and then go tanning or is it better to go tanning and then sweat.

Or maybe it doesnt matter at all? I know it's beneficial to a tan to stay moisturized - dry skin supposedly fades the tan.

Tanning after the workout is far more effective. You tan better when your skin is well moisturised and oxygenated. When you work out your heart will pump blood round your body and your epidermis(skin) quicker and your pours will be more open and susceptible to tanning quicker. Where as before a workout this is not as effective.

i would work out first. make sure you drink plenty of water though.
Reply:maybe you shouldn't go tanning at all. Be happy with your skin tone, and don't ruin you're skin with needless tanning. I'm assuming you're too young to understand how you'll look in 20 years.
Reply:you shouldn't tan at all....it causes skin cancer
Reply:um i would do it after!
Reply:Tanning can cause skin cancer. And if you are tanning for health reasons - find a new doctor.
