I'm very pale and would like a little color. I have tried the spray tan, laying in the sun I always end up getting burned instead of tanning, and the tanning bed makes my legs(only) itch like crazy for two days straight(if anyone knows why this is PLEASE let me know). What are my other options?
Tanning issues?
i can solve your problem! Go buy Jergens daily glow lotion! I love it and that brand works the best to me! It give you a tan over like a week! You just put in on like regular lotion and it looks natural! Try it!

Tanning issues?
a mystic tan is only about $30 at a salon and they usually work, the reason it makes you legs itch could be it might dry them out or your laying under for to long and it's giving them just the slightest burn(which you might not even be able to see). Try using dove energy glow(it works! I swear!) it should give you a really nice subtle color after using it 1-2 times a day for two weeks.
Reply:Do you put any lotion on before you go in the bed??? some lotions have tinglers in them .. something in the lotion may be arritaing your skin making it itchy.. try to swotch lotions... if you are not useing a lotion try one out it may help... your skin my be getting to dry and that my be why you get itchy good luck
Reply:I think you have the same problem I do, which is sensative skin. Anything even scented lotions make me itch! It gets hard but what I do is slowly get tanner. For example, I go swimming so that im not in the sun for too long, but i still get tanner and i dont burn because the water gives me a little protection. Be careful with tanning though because skin cancer is very common these days! Other than that, good luck! :)
Reply:I still think the sun is more healthy than the tanning salon. The sun's been around forever and it's natural. If you're going to lay out, put on a good sunscreen with a high SPF. Like a 30, 45, or even 50. Not a sunblock, a sunscreen. You're trying to get some sort of base tan. Because once you get that, it's harder to burn. Then, start reducing the SPF and get down to a 15. Just make sure you don't burn. That'll kill the whole process.
