Tanning...?

Ive never actually gone tanning...when you go how long do you go and how does it work? Do they show you? %26amp; are u supposed to wear a swimsuit or what?

i am very fair skinned. i go tanning and it does work. i actually get more tan in a tanning booth than i do from the sun. make sure you go to a place that has a good reputation. ask them how long you should go in for-so you dont burn. alot of places have high pressure beds anymore so the maximum time is usually like around 15 minutes. they do show you how to work the beds. i personally dont wear anything-b/c i know that the beds are clean-and i wont get tan lines. but i know alot of people who wear their bra and underwear, bathing suits. it all depends on what you want to wear.





~make sure you do wear something over your eyes for protection. if you dont have anything...they sell them there. you can do alot of damage-and faster than you would think~





also make sure to moisturize aferwards-its very important. and dont go too often-when you get old you will look like a dried out barbie. but it is nice to get a little color. and it is relaxing.

eww dont do it trust me go to a public pool and look at women that have used a tanning bed for a long time they look gross!
Reply:you can wear whatever you want. Some people wear just panties or nothing at all. Depends on if you want tan lines. And yep they will show you what to do. Usually you just go in and press the start buttom at the head of the bed.. it's very simple!
