ok my skin type is VERY delicate!! if i go tanning (cause im pale literally) i will get so so so many moles!! i hate it? wut should i do?? i wanna get tan but w/o moles!!! GOD I HATE MOLES!! and if u say fake tan, wut brand???
also, how can u loose weight? i mean im really lazy, and i really dont wanna walk cause its boaring. is there any other way THATS FUN?!?! please help!

Don't go tanning...it causes skin cancer. Go and get a spray on tan...or a self tanner at home. You will get quick results! Tanned skin makes U look thinner too!
As far as weight loss goes...it is simple...so long as you don't have hypothyroidism....Calories in- calories out.Go dancing, have sex, clean the house...go for a shopping marathon...everything you do burns calories...some more than others just as some food is better for you than others!

as to the next part... pilates. most is done laying down. i recommend winsor pilates

for losing weight try sex ur but get rounder and bigger and get your dance on watch videos and do you or you can detox.
Reply:get a fake tan, i would prolly go with the spray at a salon or buy the self spray ones, theres lots of brands, choose one that is in a middle price range.
as for the weight swim, start a sport or hobby, go to the gym.
gym would prolly be the best because you build muscle tone faster and meet people who you can relate to and can can make it fun, or keep you company.

Reply:I wouldn't recommend you use tanning beds with your skin. It will be hard to moniter the moles, if you get so so so many. Try getting an airbrush tan, or a gradual tanning lotion.
As far as losing weight, join a sports team, swim, pilates, yoga, find an excersice form that you really like because there are so many more than just walking and running.

Reply:if you are cumming out in loads of mole that is your skin telling you to stop you are permanently damaging it just go and get a spray tan i do, it looks natural enough. if you have it done professionally. o and about the weight thing just go to dancing lessons its fun energetic and the weight just falls off its simple.
Reply:If you get moles when you tan, then I strongly suggest that you see your doc asap because you should see a dermatologist and have them check your moles to be sure they are not precancerous.
Please don't tan your skin. I used to tan and be very bronzed as a child and teen and now I protect my skin and wear lots of wide brimmed hats and sunglasses. My skin is so fair now that I felt like I had to lighten my hair so I wouldn't look so pale. I used to wear my hair blue black.
In your local drugstore, there are many lotions now to give you the "fake" tan look. Just be sure to use one that not too dark at first and apply it to your whole body and DO NOT SIT DOWN OR PUT YOUR CLOTHES ON FOR AT LEAST THIRTY MINUTES.
If you want something more department store quality, try Clarins self tanning milk and they also have one just for your face. It's a bit pricy, but I can vouch for the quality.
For the weight loss, you need to eat six small meals a day. That's right six small meals and they should be lots of vegetables more than fruit.
